so i did some changing these days and this is what happend
/members/citrovts/ZF7_Phto0135.jpg
/members/citrovts/716_Phto0136.jpg
/members/citrovts/AAB_Phto0137.jpg
a new radio from kenwood
and 3 gauges air/fuel, oil press and oil temp

i like the dial on the radoi on the left hand side!
can also see the wires under the radio!

those gauges look sweet m8, i recently put some in mine oil temp + vacuum gauge!

i like the dial on the radoi on the left hand side!
that right hand side here in holland smileys/smiley2.gif
and yes my radio is now in the glovebox (hanging) thats why you see the wires (not for long tho)
only thing to do is connect the gauges and radio ant.

well the oil temp is going in my oilsump with a M16x1,5 thread adaptor plug
and the oil press is going in a in front of the engine near the oilfilter

wot does the vacuum gauge do/measure?
nice gauges btw, is sumthing different to put gauges where ur radio normally is! smileys/smiley32.gif you do it urself or get a bodyshop to do it? are u fibregalssing your glove box, or you gonna make a wooden frame for it to hide al lthe wires and the rest of the glove box?

its to measure how lean or rich your petrol is.. quite nifty i must say my self!

im going to make a frame of MDF to hide the wires and to make a place where i can put some stuff in it (about 10x10 cm big smileys/smiley13.gif )

well i friend of mine has the same for about 4 months now and its still oke so i dont think it will annoys the ECU if you do it correct offcourse

connected the air/fuel today and it works very good
to all that want to now how smileys/smiley2.gif :
first you take the lambda wire and strip it
than you see 4 wires (1 black, 2 white's and 1 grey)
you take the black 1 and burn the plastic of it
than you strip the wire from the air/fuel meter and weld it (with tin offcourse) on the black wire and tape it al water thight with black tape
thats all smileys/smiley4.gif

no everything is still working fine
only thing is the black wire has some good plastic on it, its hard to strip it ( i burned it of smileys/smiley2.gif )
