well. my map came today so i thort ill make my boot build. made floor/boxs/ fitted all the wires/subs/amp so you can see any wires but now i come to the blue wire. i dont no where it goes :| i no into the back off the headunit but what wire does it connect to? theres a 'free' blue and white one but thats the only 'free' one eccept a red sort off connect one.

what wire does the blue wire from the amp connect to?

ive run the speak/head unit wires down one side and the power cable down the other. put my earth on a bolt back off the seats ( not paint work )

not getting no power to my subs :| got lights on my amp but nothing in my subs :| i no the subs work and i got lights on the amp so the only thing it can be is that blue wire :|

nothing will happen until you connect the blue wire, commonly know as the remote turn on wire. This effectively tunrs on your amplifier when the head unit comes on.

The spare blue and white wire at the back of your head unit is where it will connect to

If the fuse on the power cable (RED) was real close to the amp would this be why?

The Fuse End On The Power Cable Has To Be Close To The Battery

all i can say is the subs are probablies wired up wrong or you have buggered the subs or amp up, may sound dumb but check the gain level is turned up
