i know it might be the wrong section but never mind lol. i might be going to swap my saxo for another saxo in manchester today. the only thing is my mechanic is on holiday! is there anyomne in the manchester area willing to meet me to check this car over?? i will pay :P lol please :)

haha i wcould try but im shit with mechanics! lol i guess just check it runs properly..no smoke etc no petrol smells. check suspension is all lined up?

just check for the obvious mate.

make sure theres no knocking from steering, wishbones, barings, etc...
make sure theres no whining from the gear box
check the brakes (make sure they work, lol)
check the springs
check the shockers (bounce on the front wings and let go for the car and it should settle straight away)
check for oil leaks
check that theres no white gue in the rocker cover
check the underneath on the radiator cap
make sure that the keys work
check the paperwork to make sure its all legit

cant think of anything else, hope that helps

ur crazy imo! thats miles to drive with a risk! but if u going to. check around the head gasket for oil leaks and take it for a test drive! take a mate with u too!
