its where youve taken the measurment from, just measured my vtr rims which everyone knows are 14, measured themm like you have done and they say 15, maybe they take the measurment from the back of the rim??

Ill have a butchers when im home, at work at the mo.....
But the tape measure surely cant be wrong, and i have no idea how they measure them!!!!!!!!!!!

Just nipped out and measured mine for you, its 16" as well so thats the wrong way to measure them, must be measured from the inside bit.

lmao, thats made me think out of all the times ive measured summit, what if the tape measure was wrong lmao.
they must meausre from the back *runs outside to remeasure*

Its measured from beadset to beadset on the inside of the rim, not the actual thing you can see.

the measurement is taken internally where the bead if the tyre sits.

I need to cut out a perfect circle to sit over the rim as im painting a blue stripe on the inside of the lip of the rim and cant be arsed masking all the way around the inside of the rim trying to get a perfect circle...
