best oil for a 1.1i

as above wats the best oil to use?

5W-40 or 10W-40. I went for that Castrol GTX stuff

got some 15w- 40 in the shed, is it bad to use that or should i go for the 5w?

Citroen recommends 10W-40 which is what I went for.

5-40 or 10-40 is what im on. the mobil 1 0-40 is also one i used in the past and was good but possibly a little too thin.

cant remember what that range is for, maybe for high mileage cars or something. if your sis has some 10-40 then nab that instead, or head to your local petrol station and grab some, i personally wouldnt go for that 15w but read the label first.

mines taken 10w/40 for most of its life. its still running sweet on 130k ;)
