VIBE stands for VENTED INNOVATIVE BASS ENCLOSURES...

...basically, they are OK subs - in the PERFECT enclosures, thats why they sound so good and deep etc. however, you take them out of the enclosure and they will perform worse. no if's or but's there. but anyway, thats not what your problem is lol

they could just be wearing out mate, they dont last forever, expecially vibe stuff. i run some 2 subs off a REAL 1112 wrms @2ohm ,and they only lasted about 2 weeks. the power figures they give are crap.

i'd check all conections, se if your earth has wobbled loose, as suggested ^

"distorted"... do you mean they sound like they're farting?

well check the amp settings - but they shouldnt magically change...

LPF filter at about 60 Hz imo
