Just need to make an easy to remove ice install to put this in again:

WOW! Top job that.
Are you going to be able to find room for the system to go back in there??!

Frevo
24th November 2004, 15:28
Yeah, there's still a load of room behind the cage, so that's no problem. The problem is I need to make something light and removable as my car is quite nippy atm (though not nearly as fast as the other one) and I don't want to ruine that by throwing in a shitload of weight.
Just can't do any work on the car atm because of that stupid arm.

SaxoAL

Hmm, yes I suppose a bad arm can't help.
What about cutting down on the audio, i.e: only 1 sub.

Been thinking about that.. but hey, I've got two subs, might aswell use them. And I have an idea to make the box removable in under a minute.
It will be in before may!

Also still have a front bumper lying around to get fitted and some red fabric to cover the door cards with.

have a JVC for one year, no problems, sound excellent, so...

JVC

Frevo
24th November 2004, 18:41
Most of the time Alpine is rated highest with Pioneer and Kenwood very close behind it, but it also depends on price and model. In tests sometimes Alpine wins, sometimes Kenwood, sometimes JVC...
Just get the headunit you want with the features you need and you won't be disappointed.

What's the rest of your setup?
If you don't have an amp yet... amping the front components makes a hell of a difference!
