:panic: the previous owner has lost his locking nuts for my alloys! i've bought some new nuts however does anyone know if citreon will remove the nuts? i've tried kwik fit and they are fukin hopeless!! if citreon can't do it then is there a place where i can go??? :panic: plz plz plz help! my pads are getting low :(

ive heard that you can drill them out?? might be wrong tho.

maybe try hammering a socket over the wheel nut. might work.

The AA will remove them for you mate with a widget.

alternatively, if you want to get rowdy with it, you can drill them out mate!

I had this problem on mine and my girlfriend had the same on hers. Cant get a socket over it so have to use a small 1 over the bit that sticks out in the middle. If this doesn't work which it didnt for either of us they have to be drilled. Aint too hard aslong as you get dead centre and keep the drill speed slow.

You can drill them but I don't think I would wanan try that. As S34mer said, the AA will remove them for you. Could possible get a garage to drill them for you. Citroen could possibly help you with removing them too.

Screwfix sell a set of emergency locking wheelnut removal tools for £20, shoud do the trick, need a 1/2 drive ratchet or breaker bar though.

Im assuming that if AA do it then RAC may do it? ... can i call them out just to remove the nuts if im a member?

if you have the standard locking wheel nuts mate so tyre place should be able to get them off for you! i had the same problem and the just hammered an impact socket over them and off they came!
