How low can I go?

Ello Boys & Girls, How low can I go on a set of springs on 195/40R16 wheels and tyres, before i start gettin probs like rubing????

by having 195/40 you can go down 50mm with no rubbing for sure after that im not sure

at the mo Iv got 16" Fox 1's In Crystal finish, with 45 profile tyres, but im havin delivered 195/40R16 Pirelli Nero tyres from Germany for £64.70 a corner!!! Bargin!!!
