Will PassPlus still make an effect after your first year? Because i heard some where that it wont make much difference on your insurance if you do it after your first year. Because i was thinking about doing it but i have been driving for over a year and have a claim and was wondering if it would help. As i am looking at a new car and want to get lowest insurance as possible. Cheers

it has to be done within your first year of driving anyway.
Have you tried adding your rents as NAMED drivers.

Thing is, the second you drive that car 1 mile more per yr than she does its insurance fraud.

Yer i think if the mods could move it sorry. Well how do they know who drives it the most? Everyone does it, it would be impossible to track everyone who is named driver but drives it the most. I know your not supposed to be doing it but with insurance premiums so high there isnt much choice.

when i was 17 and jsut past my test my insurance was £1800 on a 1.0 fiesta under my dads name so i asked for a quote to see how much cheaper it owuld be with pass plus and would only save £17 so didnt see the point in spending the £100 pass pluss fee to save £17
