View Full Version : advice on colour coding

I'm hoping for a bit of feedback and general advice here everyone.

I want to refurbish my wheels but I'm not sure what colour to have them. I really like the idea of white wheels against the wicked red paint, all very well you might say but there's more...

I also want to paint the black plastic bumper inserts gloss/metallic black instead of colour coding them - basically I want to make my car a little bit different while still looking fairly standard to "joe average".

I would also continue this theme on other plastic parts of the car, such as mirror casings and grill surround.

So....any suggestions on the wheel colour I should go for as I don't want to make the car look too fussy - I should also mention (just to be awkward) that black wheels aren't my cup of tea!

Cheers in advance!

PS: also, has anyone else painted their bumper inserts a different colour to the car and if so, are there any photos?
