I want to own it!!!
Bought some "50mm" G-max lowering springs from Demon Tweeks, despite the fact I was told they were 60mm when I bought them they have actually lowered the front of my car about 20mm. NOT IMPRESSED. The forkers won't let me send them back cos they say "we have spoke to Gmax and your ride-heigh is correct??? how can it be when -50mm springs have only adjusted my ride-height by 20mm????
Sorry for the rant but I now have to buy another set of springs and pay the garage more money to fit these and adjust the torsion bar to match!
Can anyone suggest some springs that will deck my car (VTS wheels) as I dont want to make the same mistake twice!!!
Pics with spring info would be great, rep available!!!

if they were only fitted today mate they'll take a while to settle down, so give them a bit of time if thats the case. also if you want the lowest saxo youll have to go lower than 50mm mate, you got any pics??

Coilovers ftw! Gonna need far more than 50mm. Mine is 80mm at the rear and 60mm at the front. Get rid of the g-max springs and buy coilovers instead.

if you have just had them fitted then they wont have properly bedded in yet so they will look higher than they should be. leave it a couple of months and the front should drop. when you have the back lowered it will stay at whatever height its set at as its a fixed height

Just some advice mate, don't buy the G-max springs, they aren't any good. Go for Spax or Eibach. Much better quality and are pretty low in price.

-50mm will be on base models, VTR/S are about 25mm lower aren't they?

If you do actually want to lower your car silly -mm then your best option should be to look at coilovers mate, either that airbags or hydraulics!
you won't get an oober low Sax from Springs, 60mm drop is the most they go to, and torsion bar only adjusts -120mm which looks gash imo
but your call fella :y:

i have cobra 60mm lowering springs on the front with apex gas shocks it is low enuf drops it the full 60mm like it says on the box lol!! tried cheap springs like you say they dont drop the ride height like they say there meant to but also read the adverts because alot of people sy drop 50-60mm but this is for the bae model 1.1-1.4 cars it usually says i small writing drops vtr/s by 35mm!!!
