driveshaft???? help plz

hey my cv boot recently split and now it is making a big grinding noise, i think the joint has dried out nd buggered the driveshaft. is this hard to replace???? how much of a job is it???? help asap thanks

it would cost about 60 quid for the part and about an hours labour, ive had four mate! it is possible to it by yourself but it is better to do it on a ramp.

is it quite straight 4ward to work out how to do it??? any tips on how to do it would be much appreciated

1stly, make deadly sure its the right one for the car, for some strange reason there are quite a few available, ive had the wrong one before! makes it shit loads worse! im not a mechanic, me mate helped me do mine, i wasnt really paying attention, but if you check the haynes manual its do-able.

yeah i had one on tuesday its was 47+vat cheapest i found by a mile took about 15 mins to do ramp
