Also been spending some money this week to on even more stuff for my car! smileys/smiley17.gif brought myself a sound system in a custom made box, a street specials centre console, and on friday night brought myself some Infinity 5000cs 13cm front door speakers wit tweeters! heres some pics of them all! wot ya think?

havent put the tweeters in yet!!! have only got as far as puttin in the speakers! a mate of mine is going to help me prob sumtime this week to wire up the sub and the tweeters a i dunno how! on the other side of the box is going to go this:-

Sweet mate! You just need to colour code the rub strips so they blend in to the back bumper and it will look proper bo!

i aint a money bags! the sound system and the centre consoel are bot hsecond hand so paid just over £100 for the both of them! smileys/smiley4.gif the sound system i brought off of marke_vtr off of here and thge console i got off of a guy from ssc who brought it but didnt think it suited his car so he wanted to get rid of it! he primed it and cut all the hoels for me savign me the work!

thats wot im doing alex! am wanting to wire it up to the boot light so that the neon is my main light as the standard boto light is now blocked by the install! has anyone wired a neon light to there boot light before? is it difficult to do?

yeh , thats what Im hoping to do Jay.
On the neon wou will have 2 wires, 1 bein + and 1 being earth. take the two wires off the original boot light, work out which is the positive (using a circuit tester) and attach it to the + on the neon light. Then obviously attach the other one to the earth wire on the neon light , and bobs your uncle ! Job done

alex, how would you conenct the wires together? would you just strip off the covers for the wires and then wrap the wires round each other? and as i dont have a circuit tester, is it just not possible to guess and put the wires together one way and if it dont work, just switch em round or wil lit fuck up the wires?

am thinking of gettign a custom back box made up alex! like a up swept letter box style so it will fill uo the hole as before my exhaust looked big, but now it looks tiny! was one of my cocnerns wen i got the kit

i got the whole bodykit from ab styling! the front bumper and sideskirts are from th cliche bodykit, and the rear bumper is from the gladiator kit.

Hey, yeah looking good just get them strips colour coded like few ppl have said!!

Also bout your tweeters, just to let you know i put mine at the top of the door panel towards the front of the car, had to cut the holes out, but look really good, and put the connectors wires n stuff in the bottom of the door where ya an put stuff!All nice and tidy and out of the way! smileys/smiley2.gif smileys/smiley4.gif smileys/smiley17.gif
