If you read my stuff before, you will no i was a knob and bought coaxial front speakers and they are wank, but bought some JL components today to replace them.
Had a brain wave, do u guys reckon I could fit the 5.25's in the back where the 4's go? with a little bit of modifyin? Dont wanna go too crazy though??

as said there not worth doing unless your going for an install thats going in for shows, even then coaxials are still shite lol
just send them back bud and ask if you can pay the extra/swap/get money back for some components
EDIt just seen you bought some jls so just get ya money back and say someone already bought them for your birthday

components in the front, disconnect or leave the rears standard mate, theres no need for them tbh, you wont hear them much with the components amped up and set up right :y:

Someone on this site has done the very same before now, they installed 5.25 inch (coaxial) speakers in the rear, instead of replacing with normal 4" sized ones.
I'll try to find his progress thread...
to summarise it took alot of effort, but great results IF thought through!

ahhh i remember that thread, still not worth the effort, you may as well make some front doorpods or kickbuilds like me and house some bigger components
