Stone chips are best left to a bodyshop, you can get touch up pens but I've seen the results they give and there pretty poor in my opinion.
Light scratches - Go and feel them, run your nail across it and if you can feel the scratch it's a bodyshop job. If it does not catch then you have a couple of options.
1. Machine Polish
Won't go into much about this, if you have a machine polisher (rotary or oribital) you will be able to remove them with a compound.
2. Re-spray
Womens way out
3. A compound worked in by hand
It will take a long time and it might not even work, but it will mask the scratch a little and make it less noticeable. For this you will need a compound and an applicator pad,
4. A polish what works as a filler
AG super resin polish may help fill the scratches but it is not going to last forever, it will probally go back to normal after a wash or 2. It won't get rid of them but it may help hide them a little.
