been to a couple of bodyshops and for my doors de-locking, boot holes smoothing and my grille flushing and best quote so far is £350...but that still seems a bit steep for me.

Is it?

grille flushing into your bonnet?

that sounds like a good quote in all fairness mate

Yea, but there not filling it. Making me a metal 'template' welding that in place then using filler to smooth the edges.

best advice i could possibly give is go to where the work is good over price, i know its hard to sometimes see past price diffrences but around this time last year i had some bits and pieces done to mine at a good price however the work was shockin, it ended up going back roughly about 6 times until it was reasonable.
really got on top of me though and felt like just selling the car at times as it was spending a week with me then a week back at the bodyshop near enough

but also £350 does seem a reasonable price, i paid about the same for de-badged, de-locked, bonnet resprayed and bumper lol

sounds like a good price for all that, but like dsh85 said some places you have to keep going back and forth, ive had to take mine back cus all the panels were rough, then 2 weeks later my paint started to go orange so having to take it back again to get them to sort that.

Aah k cool.

It will be a while before i get it done as i wanna get the engine sorted before it all gets sprayed up then i know i wont have to worry about scratches.
