hi, anyone the used the littlewoods vouchers, did any one have any problems with the vouchers and the order was done, because i keep on having problems still!
first they took the money off the put it back on, then after endless phone call i manged to get the dicount back.
now just looked at my statement and it has been put back on again because they are saying i have used the voucher twice which is not the case.....

The women i spoke to on the phone said everyone is entitled to £25 off their 1st order but you need a unique voucher number, if you ring they will sort one out for you, i dont know how yours worked twice as i tried it twice and it declined the second one
jennifer1987

Same.. but I only recieved one item and later cancelled the other one.. so it should be £25 I owe, I'm not paying, it was a legit voucher :P
Will wait to see what they say.. they cant go back on an agreed price once payment has been processed.

AdamW
24th September 2007, 11:39
Have you recieved a letter off them?
They surely need to inform you of an outstanding balance....I receive masses of junk emails off them but nothing to say I owe them 25quid...only by chance I checked my account and noticed I owed 25quid otherwise I was none the wiser.
Im just going to wait till I officaily hear off them

i havent received a letter or anything i was checking my account to when i realised, but they do have your bank account details on your account and it just says the payment will come out on a certain date
jennifer1987
24th September 2007, 11:44
they didn't sent me a letter saying i owe them money just spoke to someone, they took of the admin fees... and said i can't have the voucher becuase i didnt order enough stuff even tho i did they just couldn't sent some of it so i ordered something else and they took the money off, now someone has put it back no again.. :( trying to sort it out
i said if you are not going to give me the £25 off then i want £15 that you should get when you make a first order
AdamW
24th September 2007, 11:49
Sounds like a fucking shambles.....if they have my bank details they can the money out.....doesnt bother me....not going to phone them up and be charged all these extra admin fees......

its illegal
once a trnasaction has taken place and they have taken funds, its a legally binding contract
i shall be kicking up a fuss if they do, its not the £25 its the princable, plus the teeshirt now has a hole in it and sick stains on and is unwearable

Taken from another forum-
Here is what it says under the terms and conditions.
"2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive."
This means they should have checked when she ordered the product not now. I would be telling them they can have the item back.
It also says
"Order Acceptance
Your order will be accepted by us, and a contract will then be formed between us, when we dispatch the goods to you."
As you are in a contract with them from this point surely they cant change the price now
