is this just as simple as rubbing black t-cut into badges? opinions on what you think it looks like. cheers. ps, car is black:y:

original t cut, you dont need black t cut. But yes it is that simple. Just scrub until the silver comes off

yeah mate just rub it with t-cut. i would say it takes about 2mins a letter

what sorta cloth do you use, and how do you stop t-cut going on paintwork

i have got some t-cut colour fast in black, will this do the same job?

i used any old cloth i could find, lol, and just used my one finger on a seperate letter at a time. No biggy if you get a lil t-cut on the paintwork, shouldnt be using enough to harm. Just wipe it off straight away if you do.

take them off your car before you do it that way itll stop it going on the paintwork
(heat badges up with hairdryer/heatgun and pull off)

lol its not lazy, i just think its safer to spend a few minutes more to save your paintwork :)

No point doing that really, its not gonna burn through you car or anything, just wipe it off.

yeh but if your rubbing away at your badges and some ends up on your paintwork and without realising your rubbing your paintwork away then your fucked! lol

A little bit of polish stuff should seal the paintwork back up though if you did get some on it. Each to there own at the end of the day!

yeh i suppose. i suppose taking it off and putting it back on the black gluey stuff bhind will lose some stickiness etc etc

tried it tonight n so far its been a sucess, very simple to do, just needs some elbow grease. will finish 2mora and update pics

i read your guide pred :) just didnt explain much about t-cut, just said rub on. lol. i spose theres not much more you need to know except what to do if some goes on paint work
