As you all no, I have a rubbish pay packet at the end of the month, and trying to search for another job before I leave! Bills to pay.
Does anyone think it'd be a good idea for me to leave and go for a few temp, maybe temp to perm jobs?
I’ve emailed a few agency’s, and one are reassuring me that id be able to get work almost immediately. Which is great.
Any one got any opinions on what I should do? I’ve been looking for ages, and honestly cant cope with this job any more, its really getting me down, and I am finding my work is being affected.
Thanks for any advice........
P.s check out my grammer. haha

i went with temp-team, went to their office, said i would start on the tuesday, i worked in a call centre for a bit, through them, adn then got offered a proper contract through the company it was with, Capita, if an agency is guaranteeing you work pretty much straight away, and not too much of a pay cut, then id say go for it. (maybe less moaning on the threads? joking), but because you got bills to pay, try not get to much of a pay cut.
thats my opinion :y:

Temp to perms are good!
Just remember to suck the bosses dick loads to actually go perm.
Usually takes 3months.

RAZ - thats what im hoping will happen lol
Soulless - Yeh has for over a month now, good stuff
JimoVTR - be sure to take your advice, cheers lol
Jaybiss - this is what im worried about, but the thing is, ive noticed that temp jobs pay quite well, and most people working part time take home more or less what i get now..

Anyho,
so everyone thinks, if im happier out of this job then i should talk more to this agency and find out the guarantee of temp to perm
Most places you can 'haggle' with the amount they pay (good thing that i actually work in a agency haha)

Leave her alone!
It's well funny the amount of women who get harrassed on forums!
As for the tempin, go for it! if your unsure what to do in your future, it gets you about to experience other things and help you decide what you eventually want to do!
The average wage for somebody working through an agency will be higher than a person who works there permanently, this is cos the temp is classed as bein a disposable asset and don't hav to worry about finishin you at such short notice!
Really the choice is down to you, go with what feels right!
Just seen the modelly stuff ... she could be a model for anything like feet or hands or legs or i dunno teeth, but not necessarily have a nice face? Models = trouble if your seein them!

What field do you have experience in. I was an IT temp for a bit. Loads of cash and good experience. Do it while you have no ties

If the agency can get you work straight away, and the pay is still decent, go for it, if your not currently happy in your job.
