new highway code

the new high way code came into force today.

one of the new rules if you havnt already heard.

if your caught smoking or lighting up whilst driving you can now get:

3-9 points or a ban
and upto a £2,500 fine.

classed as driving without due care and attention

i think this should also go for women and make up aswell, they didnt include this in it.

Already a thread on this, but from what i understand its not gonna get you in shit unless you are deemed to be driving dangerously because your smoking, eg swerving
