1) insurance brokers shop around for you to find you the best dealas they can on your insurance. and if they can find you a better deal than what you are on at the moment, be it for car insurancce, home insurance etc etc they will let you know, and generally advise you.
2) fuck knows
3) try saying something like 'hi, i couldnt think if what to say to make me look good, so i wore a colourfull tie! do you like it?'

i work in insurance as a claims advisor basically check insurance claims see if there covered or not or if im needed for special enquiries,
this broker "
hope youv looked into this company and job role, as when i was looking at changing insurance jobs i loked at brokers, found its basically selling products a usually WIDE RANGE and its normall commision,
as all these commision crap jobs try to real you in and obviously no1 likes em within the insurance industry they try to discuise themself by advertising as a "broker" which does sell products but just make sure it isnt a commision one, otherwise in the interview you can expectanswers like "how much is my salary" - "welllll heres what you could earn"
make sure you realise it isnt (unles your aware its a commision type job)
