This is a really sad news story, because a young girl was killed by the appalling driving of a friend of hers.

This happened in the town I was born and brought up in, Harrogate in North Yorkshire. I known the Harrogate by-pass very well. Its one of those roads which encourages fast driving because it is long, straight and very wide.

I think roads like this should be "calmed" by roundabouts and regular police speed checks, but this one most certainly isnt.

I think this crash was talked about on Sax-p when it happened because I remember someone saying they thought the Saxo involved had a Sax-p sticker on it. That's not been mentioned though, so I dont know.

Your coments, please.

Discussed here (http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=104321).

I must admit though, I really hope some of the bull queers will find him attractive in a gormless, slightly inbred kind of way.

Puts a whole new slant on the expression "laps round the ring"

I hope that he does spend some of the next eight years reflecting on what he's done.

Sorry, didnt realise it had been discussed already.

Anyways, I reckon he got what he deserved. Actually should have got more than 8 years, but he's pretty much knackered his life now.
