after driving my car for about 15-20mins, when it is completely warmed up, when stopped or stuck in traffic my car keeps keeps loosing power asif it is going to cut out and sometimes it will cutout.

could it be the idle control valve or sensor?

Is it your VTS or VTR? If it's the VTS (Which I suspect it is) then it might be the coil pack causing the issues - There should be loads of posts about it if you do a search.

its a vts. are coilpacks expensive. how do u no if it is the coil pack or is there no way of noing

yes it could the idle control valve.

you could try and clean the throttle housing out if you no how with a toothbrush and can of air intake cleaner as this sometimes makes car cut out.

Yeah i would say that it could well be idle valve related.

i had this on my furio my sensor i found out my sensor had gone in my exhaust.
