Changing an alternator belt

On an early mk1 1.1. Need to know how to do this please, is it just take a few screws off, whack the new one on, tighten up? cheers

I don't think there's a lot to it Ben. Just get the tension right and that's about it I think.

not hard, a few bolts/screws holding it in, and i think push it up and it comes off, tighten it until your thumb can't push it far when you push down on it, got a haynes??
