Hey all, Tried to fit a new clutch cable to my MK2 VTR last nite and could not get the new cable in the bulkhead hole. Can any 1 help?

could you not find the hole or fit it through? why you fitting one? or is it for the new motor?

the clip on the end of mine broke the other nite so fitting new one. Got the old cable out no problem but when putting the new cable in we can get it in the hole but it wont go all the way in. My mate said its realy hard to do on a vtr?

prod it through with a stick? tie it to the end and pop her through??

i can't get the clip end into the hold behind the clutch pedal. Can any1 help?

i ended up taking it to the citroen garage and it took them over 2hours to do :panic:

was suposed to be £35 + VAT an hour but i only payed £40 and took them about 2 and a half hours :drink:
