Been with adrimal for about 7months............. took on new part-time job as police officer....... District officer said i need to find out if my insurance covers me to drive to and from place of work as it was SDP. I had to have this driving to and from the station otherwise i was classed as 'uninsured'

Turns out it doesn't and i had to pay an extra £42.82 which sucks le cock.

Bit cheeky if you ask me....... others i spoke to it was either included or was about £13 to upgrade to commuting ...... you lot better check your insurance otherwise you may find yourself in a tricky spot also. :n:

I always thought that most policies covered you when you commuted to your MAIN place of work. If you have several places of work, then that counts as an extra risk.

I'd have the fed look into this for you though, that's what you pay them for.

cant claim the cash back ive already been told this.

All 5 of us who are starting had same problem........ SD&P didn't cover any of us to drive to any place of work when asking.
