Hi all just wondering really what people think will happen to engine and what i should do to give it the best possible long last life.

Basically i change gear at about 4-5k revs and some times i go high some times lower i still on long straight road about 100 some times 120

just wondering if this will damage my engine driving like this also

what is the best thing so keep it in best possible conditon so it does not die advice please?

Nothing to do with the ragging it's been getting?

If you have a rubbing noise when turning only one way, check with the car jacked up and the wheels on full lock, you may actually be able to hear the noise when you rotate the wheel. Could be a CV joint, could be a worn rack - is there any play in the steering?
