slow moving then steering wheels wobble

Hi all when i set off real slow the steering wheel wobbles abit also when i turn it anything happend like this before?

it hasn't happened to me but it could be your wheel balancing

as said wheels balanced and tracking done

could also be down to worn bearings and bushes

it's either your wheels need balancing or your car needs tracking.

ok thanks all i need new tyres and some one said my tracking was out so does it sound like that is the problem
