I have got a 6 disc sony cd changer and i dont know where to mount it. I know the normal place is the boot, but what about when you cant be arsed to get out to change the cd.
I was thinking maybe bolt it to the door card in the rear if i took out the pocket?
Any suggestions/pics greatfully received!:y:

Unfortunately its about half an inch too wide to fit in the glove box
Under the seat is not a bad idea! But will the velcro hold it?
Having it in the boot is just too much hassle when you wish to change the cd. It will only hold 6 cd's so i'd be constantly getting out to go to the boot!!:n:

Its a bit deep to mount under the seat. It catches on the adjuster bar!!:n:

up in the top of the passenger foot wel to a side then put some carpet stuff (like on sub boxes) over it to stop scuffs ? ? or even make a lil mdf box and carpet it for extra protection

Industrial velcro is the stuff of gods! Under the seat behind the adjuster
Custom mounted in the glove box
In the Boot... Id go with the boot or under the seat for the easiest and safest options (as long as its tucked under well and not lit up like a crimbo tree)

If it wont go under the seat or in the glove box its either a heavy duty transformer one or its fresh from 1985! LOL
Theres only one option then, in the boot. Im sure you could mount it on the side wall of the boot, keep it from getting damaged and what not.

It is fairly old, lol! But its a 10 disc changer. The only downside of having it in the boot, is you cant change the cd's while on the move:n:

To be honest id have it in the boot so I wasnt tempted to change cds while driving. I mean it isnt a big hassle walking around the side of a small saxo and opening a boot. Id really be tempted to change cds while driving if it was in the glove box and to be honest aint good. You would probably not crash but only takes a second to lose concentration and smash your hard work up and write the car off. Trust me ive done it. For me a little walk around the car is worth not having the risk of crashing.
