Sorry if it's a repost but I did a quick search and nothing really came up.

For those who don't know you can search your postcode on www.petrolprices.com and it will tell you the 5 cheapest petrol stations within 5 miles. Quite useful with the current price of petrol.

For anyone who lives in Newcastle, Tesco Express in Gosforth have unleaded for 85p a litre according to this website, didn't get to confirm as I just filled up last night at a marvellous 94.9p a litre :(

Tell me about it, there's only something like 25p of every litre that goes towards the petrol, the rest goes to vat, duty and the retailer/deliverer.

the shell garage in wooton is charging 95.9p per litre, not too bad for good petrol :y: however my bp round the corner from my home is charging 1.04 :n:

put some in when i was in blackpool cos i didnt know how far i could go with what i had left... £1.04 for fucking diesel. bastard branded station! glad i only put 15 in cos when i went round the corner, i saw a bloody buggering morrisons. lol

yeah its free to sign up! and you can get weekly updates of upto 3 different postcodes, which could be useful if you travel some distance to work, you can get an update of whats cheapest at home, at work, and somewhere in between and then you can choose which is the cheapest on your commute! if i can save £3 a week, thats £12 a month which is £144 a year!
