fitting cost?

Very quick question, I have purchased a new manifold and straight through pipe for my Mk2 vtr. Could anybody tell me a rough ball park figure of how much fitting would cost, obvisously I know it varies with each garage, but just so I dont get ripped off really.

You’ll probably find that most garages won’t give you a fixed price as it will depend if the manifold bolts come off without snapping and depends how easily the pipes fit together… anything more than an hours labour and your getting ripped off… probably about half an hours work if they crack on and there’s no problems

can i ask where abouts u got ur manifold from and how much it cost? jst that i need a new 1 and hav been quoted over £200 because it means i need to change the cat aswell.

£60 to £65 i would say how much for a local garage to fit a manifold, as said above you can fit it yourself.
