there door handles are just held in by 1 torx screw in the bottom off the handle. the middle part i think its got a screw where you have the wee compartment bit at the back. ive never taken one off but it should be straight forward. as for the back speaker grills. i tried to pop mines off with a screw driver and ended up breaking them. maybe better taking the rear doorcard bit off to take the grill out. someone else might know a better way.

I have sprayed some of my interior and the center bit has 5 screw in it, 2 behind the dummy buttons which were a pain, was trying to get it off and didnt even no they were there. i got the speaker covers off easily with a screw driver.
About the gator i have just a gearstick gator on mine but have taken out the plastic bit which holds it in, doesnt look too bad

you will probablies have to heat the pegs up on the back (heatstakes) try a search for retrimming doorcards, its the same process of taking it off and putting it back on
