trying to nick my alloys

Neighbour just told me a couple of blokes were down the side of my house at 10pm looking at the alloys on the saxo and the c2, they were looking at the c2 loeb wheel caps, the security light was on but I didnt have the cctv on so I missed it. (watching car wars on tv).
So I've put the saxo in garage and moved the c2 up drive, also loaded the air rifle in case they come back:y: and put camera on record from 10pm to 6am.

Yikes, theres videos on youtube which show how easy it is to get locking wheelnuts off. CCTV is the way forward.

Was gonna tell everyone how easy it is to do, but decided against it, might cause havoc if i did!

Think you should get rid of the air rifle, they're illegal now, use yourself, hands and feet are as good as anythin!

Another solution, get 4 different set of locking nuts ... be a bit of arse about tryin to get the wheels off if you got a flatty but ya no!

Idea;) what would happen if I put some "anti-vandal" paint behind the spokes on the wheels, where you cant see it, then the scum try to nick the wheels and get nondrying paint all over them:clapping: plus a pellet up the bum:y:

Get an old fooded rocking chair and put it in the garage just behind the door. Then sit there with the rifle on your lap (and clean it with a cloth or something sorta sinister) wait till they show up and then let the garage door swing open slowly, revealing you rocking on the chair, maybe wear a low brim hat & chew a toothpic or something.

Something like that would put me right off trying to rob you again you insane old man!

They should make the customer show their log book for the sale of tools to remove wheel nuts, like number plates. I think all security removal or replacements, like keys and radio codes etc, should be the same.
