The long console bit that runs from the hanbrake to under the central console- how does it come out?

Also the back rear seat speakers- do they come out? Easily?

rear seat speakers you need to pull the rear door card off. Fairly simple to do it just pops out pull it from nearest the door and then pull away carefully.

The rear cards can come off or even very loose to get the speakers out... i took mine out and swapped with components with front and rear!

Don't have to pull them hard, get under them with a screwdriver pull gently and they pop off, just work your way around theres about 8 maybe, not sure.

console where the hand brake is. you need to lift up the gear gaitor, use a T10/T15 Torx bit unscrew it, push out the electric window buttons and then just wiggle it to get it off

the gear stick surround/coin tray is easy to get out, unclip the gear gaitor, there will be one torx screw holding it in, disconnect the window switches and hay presto it should come out with a bit of fiddling about :y:
