new manifold cost?

i need a new manifold for my 2003 vtr (this model has the cat on the down pipe and so it gets replaced aswell) any ideas on where to get a cheap standard manifold from? (will fit it myself)

I replaced my furio manifold 2 weeks ago myself which has the cat connected to it. manifold was 40 quid from a scrapy an 8 quid for gaskets. quite easy to do :P
