I want to cut a 1:13 hour long windows media audio file into 5 minute sections and then burn to a cd

I have burning software [Nero]
I just need the audio software to implement cuts of ever 5 minutes!

I need the name of some simple/easy ones to use please, nothing special just a 5 minute cut so i can seperate it into tracks for a CD!

P.S - Just got a really nice mix so want it in me car! ;) - sorry if its in wrong section

Is it that special format that you get when you download them? An album that's one long song? There's a special software that can split it back to original, without listening and splitting etc

nah its not bin/cue files, its just one long recorded audio file from sum1 and i want to split it myself or wotever just in 5min sections?

I am sure there was a really simple tool called audio ??? it was really simple tho and name was simple

Use it at work for this purpose, its good! You simply highlight the part of the music copy and paste it into a new document and save / export it as a MP3 / WAV.

top program, i use it to record and export my mixes on.

also its free and easy to use!

Just couldnt remember the name, told you it was simple
