Picture says a 1000 thousand words. So look at it see what you think.

Scenario:

I get a parking ticket which states I was parked St Leondards Street (Green Arrow) however I was actually parked in Bath Row(Other Green Arrow).

Do I have any grounds on which I could dispute the parking ticket, because they surely cannot prove that I was parked in St Leondards Street.. has anyone disputed parking tickets because the location was incorrect?

Any help appreciated.

Yea how do they make a stupid mistake like that.

No pictures of me parked elsewhere as I was parked illegally. But all im saying is that im paying a parking ticket for a location I was never illegally parked in!

TBH i'm pretty sure all the paper work has to be correct. Maybe try and speak to someone who is actually in the know. Like a traffic warden or the company?

Yea I was going to ring them and query it, I dont mind paying im not disputing that at all.

Just if its incorrect then I might be able to get it waived

if the location on the ticket is wrong you can get away with it.

even if its something small like the colour of the car thats wrong you can still blag it.

Yes, you have adequate grounds to contest if the location is wrong. Irrespective of whether you were parked illegally in Bath Row, you weren't parked illegally in St Leonard's St - therefore, you can't be ticketed as such.
