Ive got an urge.....i want to know what the fastest anything has ever been.

Im talking like rockets, planets, light etc etc.


I want to know the highest recorded speed!!!!! Anyone have any ideas ive got these from google;

Production Car: 256 Mph
Bicycle: 154 Mph
Motorbike: 333 Mph
Human: 26 Mph
Bird Dive (peregrine falcon): 217 Mph
Manned Vehicle (apollo 10 capsule): 24,790 Mph
Space Shuttle: 38,600 Mph
Satalite: 150,000 Mph (Est)

I was off by 2mph.

He's not been towed by the car, he's behind it to reduce drag

seen one, them speed ski'ers have been clocked at around 130-140, but one guy has been clocked at 150 mph, he's one of only 5 people to go down this mofo of a hill, 2 of the others crashed, 1 died and the other was a bit mashed up.

Light isn't the fastest thing.. They have found something quicker =)

And no, it's not 'dark'

EDIT: Lol, that space shuttle works out at 10.72 miles.. per second. I could be at the coast and back before my car could even hit 60mph
