Why did you get 65p back?

you have to write a dispute to paypal, and the sender (Mick MC) has to provide a delivery number, if he hasn't done it within a week, paypal will automatically send you the money back. That happened to me

I have done that already, online.... It's been over a week, and i get 65p back, whats the crack...

You only got 65p because that would be all thats left in his account. To be honest small claims court ftw.

there should be a name and shame section for all the dodgey sellers. so that way you know who not to buy from.

basically mate what happened here is that he must have had 65p left in his account which u have now got and his account will be on a hold until he gets the rest of the money in or he can just leave that account and u wont get the rest thats what fraudsters do

don`t think thats right mate. cause i buy things from ebay all the time and if i haven`t got enough money to pay for it i still can. i just end up with a bank charge.

ive had this happen to me before you only get what ever money is left in there account so thats why you got 65p thats all that will be in his account you will have to take him 2 small claims court if you want the rest back

how do you mean an added card? like i have 2 cards hooked up to my paypal. cause if thats what you mean i don`t. i don`t have overdrafts or anything like that. i just occasionally go over without knowing it. it just takes it from my account, and i only find out about a week later when i get a 30quid charge from the bank.

thats exactly what i mea u have added cards so u get charged threw ur bank account to pay for items and if someone opened a dispute against u paypal would take the money out ur bank and mickmc might have not added any bank accounts and stuff just a standard account

Paypal will only ever take whatever is in the persons account hence the 65p.
They will most likely side with the seller as the seller could argue that you were offered some track able means of delivery but you chose not to take it.
Unless you can prove you paid for some track able form of delivery they are unlikely to do anything,if you buy through ebay and use Paypal then they can see you will have paid for recorded delivery or whatever and they then may side with you.

say i used 20quid from my account that isn`t there to pay for things on ebay. i would have to pay back 20quid i used from the bank and then 30 quid on top for doing it. it used to be a 10spot but its creeped up to 30 as i do it to often. lol. need to watch my funds more.
