DVD/CD-Rom drive! Help please?

I am currently having problems with my dvd/cd-rom, it is not even coming up in My Computer. I have checked device manager and there is a yellow circle next to the dvd/cd-rom device and there is a message sayin "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)"

Can anyone help me get this back up runnin? Do i need to update the driver?
