Well they phoned up today to say that my renewal quote will be £190 a month for 10 month plus the deposit which will be like £380, so around £2000 or more

im so peed off i cant beleive it ive seen 17 year olds on here with really cheap quotes from them
Well might ask the father if i can go on his insurence shud be really cheap then hes been drivin like 39 years :y:

could always try a new company or try starting a new policy with quinn insted of just renewing it and see if its cheaper

ive been driving a year, been insured with quinn, fisrt year was costing me £1988 which was about £150ish a month, all mods declaired, fully comp. got my renewal through other day and its less than half price, £945, thats with 1 years no claims and 1 years driving experience, shows how much of a rip the first year normally is, dont it

befor ei apssed my test kept putting in quotes on different cars and quinn was coming up dead cheap as soon as i passed me test i was shocked at how high it went.
im fully comp on my 1.1i saxo with link ladies a 3rd party company through swinton and i pay £1524 plus brake down cover which works out at £148.44 a month! im 18 now and been driving 8 months so hoepfully it will go down in march when i renew!
been int he news lately as well that if ur the registered keeper of a vehicle and say you name a parent as the main driver then add yourself as a named driver it can count as fraud because your going about it in a different way to get a cheaper quote
bullshit to me ifu ask...why make it so expensive to insure us then!
