no power to amp .....

:P Hi , I have just put my new install in tonight all the wires are in the right place but the amp won't come on :panic: :n: ( i have gon over the wires again and agian ) i have fited installs many times b4 but this as got me stumpted .....

Any ideas ??:y:

have another look at the earth wire mate

check the fuses, if it all seems in order, check to see your getting power from the remote and power with a multimeter

make sure you have a good earth (most people use the one under the rear seats and sand the paint off)
check the remote wire (make sure you use speaker wire, make sure its connected to the correct wire on the headunit)
check the fuses
check the connection to the battery

or change it on the head unit from remote on to power antea or the other way round, thats the problem i had.

Problem fixed , it was a crapy remote lead :P
