black with purple pearlescent sounds like honda pirate black,just make sure its a proper repaid job,look for garage receipts and panel gaps are all straight/even

2100 id say.. Cat C is substancial damage and more and it would be illegal to fix..

tbh i wouldnt buy a cat C no matter how well repaired or how cheap..
