download 'hijackthis' program from google, run and save txt.file

then go onto lavasoft support, register for free and post hijackthis log.
they'll then come back with steps on how to delete any spyware/adaware/viruses/trojans etc etc

also download ccleaner for free, this tool is good at deleting all internet traces of sites, temp internet files, cookies, history etc etc
