Personally would go back to help him with the car crashed into the hedge, if he was unharmed would KO him, put him back in his seat, bash his head off the steering wheel, continue until significant amounts of blood was there....

Phone an ambulance, say he was like that when you found him and blame him bashing his head on the steering wheel, for him trying to explain you did it to him!

3 cars pulled in the car park and started skidding etc around my car flicking stones at it. Total nobs, they done it perposly as well.

Also at another spot in Dover if you just sit there people will park up, turn all lights out engine and that.Then run out there car and bang on your car, open doors etc,. There be wearing halloween masks. They think its very funny...
