My car is currently lowered 40mm on the front and 1 click of the torsion bar on the rear
I want uprated suspension now as i've heard the springs are always compressed when its lowered on just springs
what suspension should i go for, for about £350
And how easy is it to adjust coilovers
cheers

coil overs are easy to adjust just move the locking rings

Some Bilstein non-adjustable shocks will be far better than some cheap coilovers. Whats the point in being able to adjust the front when you can't adjust the rear quickly to match!
What springs you got?

Trouble i have found with the Bilsteins is that they wont let your car go as low as it should..
For example, my car has them and i'm using 60mm springs, there is still an inch of arch gap on the front and its very annoying as i didnt want any arch gap at all so thinking of getting some coilovers at somepoint..

as kam said theres no point getting coilovers unless you want to stay below -60 all the while, but ill assure you, it will be so impractical, best bet is choosing a disired height and get a good set-up for that height.

if not 1 click, what should it be?
should be lowered by taking the torsion bars out, measuring the ride height then the bars putting back in, i have heard of this click method dont even know how its done :panic: do no its not the right way to do it.......

people have had it done by 'clicks' and its been fine for years....
iirc there is a correct way of doing it by splines?
seems just easier to remove the torsion bar and do it by measuring though
