I dont know if its because ive changed as getting older but now i just think whats the point in spending all this money that we all spend on our saxos it doesnt get you anything theres just no point i dont know im having a hate cars month

but seriously instead of spending money on cars id have so much money to do better things

It's like any hobby, you spend so much time and money on it, then there comes a time when realisation hits you - is it actually worth it?

In pure monetary terms, modifying cars (except for a very few examples) is not worth it. Spend thousands on a car, thousands on modifications and you can guarantee you will NEVER get even a fraction of your money back, Ebay is littered with projects with thousands spent being offered for a fraction of the outlay. The intangible is the enjoyment got out of it , the satisfaction of a job well done and the comments from your peers.

If you enjoy it and it's not affecting your other priorities, food, rent etc then carry on - otherwise, reevaluate where your priorities lie - take a break and come back to it. The scene will have changed, but there will still be a scene.

we go to work what for to have customers complain at usan get treaded like doormats for people to walk all over us with poobums on there shoes well no i go to earn to do what i want to do with life an that means drink,mod,shop, and be forever skint as there all a fair bit expensive hobbies but hey ho as long as i have a smile on my face an my m8s have smiles on theres thats all that matters :drink: and forget bout the price of the next mod just fit it and admire your craftywork
