Will 15" wheels with 195/50/15 tyres fit on a mk1 saxo without any scrubbing, need for spacers etc?

cheers

As long as the offset is right then you will be fine.

I heard 50's would be a bit too big and might rub. I was advised to go for 45's. Just what I was told though and I know nothing about wheels/tyres tho lol.

45 is the best looking and the best for saxo

i've got 45s (i think) on mine, and no rubbing, until you go over a bump too quick :)

50's maybe just, 45 should be alright.

should be 195/45/15 tyres to keep everything fitting and the speedo right and an offset of about 15 ;)

How much room to lower do you think?

I've lowered mine 40mm with 45 tyres and it could probably go about another 20mm i reckon

:y: Cheers. I'd like to lower it purely for better handling, slides too easily.
