wipers and other probs

ok guys sorted may PAS heater and blower out by building my own new ignition swith hahah.

then i realised that since owning the car my intermitent wipers have never worked? anything i should check for bar fuses?

also when going over small bumps and when turning the steering wheel i feel or hear a knocking sound coming from the front drivers side.

Balljoints?

i believe this as i have a reciept from the previous owner for 2 new ARB drop links.

Sounds in like ball joints to me mate, get her up to see if there's any play in it.
